The check-in and check-out processes were streamlined. I found the service generally very efficient. My room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly (I especially appreciated the fresh towels). The included breakfast offered a wide selection of options.
The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I could easily hear noise from the adjacent rooms. There was no clothes dryer available near the swimming pool. The nearest pharmacy was not within convenient walking distance.

The hotel is near the metro station. The interiors have a calm color scheme. I was offered a room with a distant view and it helped me to relax my eyes after hours of computer work.

The room was super clean. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. breakfast provided a good variety. the staff was friendly and always eager to help. the location was convenient.
the air conditioning made loud noises. it kept stopping and starting. the noise made it difficult for me to sleep. there was no telephone in the shower.

I found the staff quite helpful . linesha was particularly efficient with my check-in process. the blackout curtains worked very well. The room stayed dark even during the day. there was a coffee shop on the first floor too.
i noticed a slight delay once when i requested extra water.

the hotel is near a metro station. a supermarket is also located nearby (very convenient for quick needs). i appreciated the easy access to transportation and shopping.

the room had a kettle, tea, and coffee. bottled water was provided daily and i found that quite helpful. the room included a comfortable mattress and multiple pillows (a nice touch).
